NEW CLIENTS

•In person first sessions are always 85 min. All long distance sessions are 55 min.

•Please fill out the CLIENT INTAKE.doc if you have booked a healing/energy therapy session.

•The intake form must be filled out and emailed back to me at cc@treadwayesoteric.com, at least 24 hrs prior to the session.
• Scheduling is done in Eastern Time, US (New York time)
INSTRUCTIONS for LONG DISTANCE SESSIONS

•Checks must be received 48 hrs before the session. Make check payable to: CC Treadway, 80 East 11th St Suite 609, New York, NY 10003. Check will not be cashed until session is completed.

•Paypal must be deposited on the day of session, before session begins. Payment info below. Thank you.

•Sessions are done in Skype or phone. I will call you at the appointed time. Skype Name: divinemamacc. Skype is very easy to download and set up. www.skype.com.

•Please do not wear perfume or cologne for in person sessions, please refrain from smoking at least 30 min before sessions. Thank you.

Session Policies

•Sessions start on time and will not go over if client is late. Please make every effort to be on time. If you are over 20 min late, the sessions is cancelled and you are responsible for 50% payment. It is very important to have the full amount of time for each session.

•Healing/Channeling is done fully clothed.

•Cancellation Policy: You will be charged for 50% of the session if you do not give 48 hours notice for cancellation. Exceptions are given for real emergencies- sickness, death of family or friend, etc. The following are not considered emergencies: Work unexpectedly runs late, you feel like doing something else or a friend comes into town.
Please:

•Refrain from any alcohol or drug use (except prescription or over the counter medications) 24 hours before session and 48 hours afterwards. This is for your safety and the efficacy of the healing work.
